I still keep tight hold of the Bible. My new year's message for 1902 is: "Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Spirit" (Rom. 15:13). Oh, beloved friends, be hopeful, be courageous. God cannot use discouraged people. The above text tells us we get our hopefulness by faith and in the power of the Holy Spirit. Free for all. Take and rejoice.

(I don't know what sort of training or class this is, it possibly may be a ministry.)
An note from the "White League" was found on the schools gate bemoaning the supposition that the school of Ms. Moore was attempting to make the black's equal to Whites. Someone questioned Sister Moore, "What was in the notice put on your gate?" "There were the emblems of death, a skull and cross-bones, and the notice stated that I was ordered by the 'White League' to close my school and leave the place."
Disappointed in this hope, we stored what we could not sell and left the city with tears and regrets, and prayed, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."
